Our Breads come out of the oven Monday through Friday between 9:00am & 4pm, Saturdays at 9:00am.

We accept orders for breads with 2 days advance notice  at the bakery or over the phone (727 914 8959)

Phone orders will be executed once availability has been determined and you receive a call back.

All of our breads are handmade & naturally leavened

      Our Breads are made with Our Own Starter and Fermented between 18 and 36 hours. They have a crunchy crust and a satisfying, chewy texture. Our Loaves weigh 11/4 Lb, our Baguettes weigh 10oz and our Mini-Loaves weigh 8oz.
